"Just because it happens to you doesn''t make it interesting"

Well, I just got back from it tonight and I must say...it is definitely for the next generation of Star Wars fans. If you have young kids, they will love it. If you go alone, you'll look like a pedofile. George Lucas has officially abandoned the original fan base base with this one and is looking to the next generation to keep him rich.

Oh and for the MMO crowd...no, no KOTOR Online or MMORG was advertised before or after the film.

Looks good on tv when they play the trailer. I would go alone, I doubt people would think your a pedo because your a star wars fan.

George does not need to worry about money, there is no way he is thinking more money. This is his passion. He has many people around him who do projects on their own and he gives the approval, I think this was done with a collaboration in mind.

I voted for Obama.

From the art style and the trailer I could tell it wasn't "my" Star Wars. Of course the 3 newest movies weren't really "my" Star Wars either. I'll still go see it, because it is Star Wars, and I'm looking forward greatly to the live tv-show whenever that happens. I just don't get why they can't take the Star Wars Universe and get a little more creative. Personally I am sick and tired of Jedis. I'll take a show or movie about some new Bounty Hunter, Smuggler, Fighter Squadron, or even a medical or lawyer show set in the Star Wars Universe.

I want to see a Star Wars porn movie.

LOL, I meant to infer that this movie was specfically aimed for the 10 and under crowd. When you see it, you will know what I mean.

From the extended trailer I saw the other night, there's a confrontation between Anakin Skywalker and Count Dooku.

The problem is, in Ep III is was very strongly implied that the meeting at the beginning of Ep III was the first time they had met since the end of Ep II.

Lucas is trashing his own continuity to make more money.

CH, Jedi, Commando, Smuggler, BH, Scout, Doctor, Chef, BE...yeah, lots of SWG time invested.

GL has been trashing his continuity since EP. I. This is trashing it in all new ways.

In the expanded universe he fights him more than once. GL has said that he accepts the EU as part of the continuity.
