While I respect the OP's right not to play it still boggles my mind that folks who like to game (seriously game and it's obvious the OP does) aren't waiting to see what happens when the game opens up for general consumption. Another week or two (at most) and the OB will roll out and NDA will be lifted. Who knows what might be seen/felt/heard then?

no, i would stay away from this game to be honest. the pve would probably get boring really quickly as the game is based on rvr.

Hmmm I guess my question would be the opposite of the OP.

Will this game have anything to offer gamers who simply despise questing over and over and over and over, PvE, and killing 10 bears for 10 bear pelts?

I read that there are around 300 public quests at launch, they are pretty much an open raid anyone can do and with the open grouping system it should be far more accessible than certain other mmo's out there.

Also there will be over 100 quests in each capital city at launch, how many in the starter area's and rvr or non-rvr zones is anyones guess. There will be lots of pve stuff to do, some will undoubtedly take you into battlezones even on rp/pve servers.

I'd say plenty to do, guess we'll know for sure when the nda gets lifted, this week or early next week.

I don't think this is what the OP is doing at all...he's not asking an opinion question...he's (basically) asking a yes or no question.

I will be passing on this game for the same reason. The PVE aspect of this game is not what I'm looking for at all. Wish I could say more.

Whilst loosely on the subject

How's the game for solo PvE? is it like WoW where 90% of non-instance questing can be solo'd or is it like FFXI where you have to group to do anything past around level 10 (at least that was the case when I was playing).
