I downloaded the torrent

I Downloaded the patch

When i load it and its done all the logo's and loading screen i get this

a small error box that reads-

"authentication failed, process will be terminated"

Anyone know what im doing wrong or how i fix this

So you did not even get to the login screen?

Well i put in my login stuff and then it opened the program

then i got to the screen where it says

"cinematics-Settings-Etc"

on the bottom, and thats where it errors

Make sure you are logging in with Warpatch.exe and not warhammer.exe

Also you should really be posting this on the beta forums.

They must be doing maintenance on the authentication servers. A good sign that the last phase of closed beta will start within a few days.

I was told by a fellow poster on another forum that the "authentication error" window is normal.  Because the game is in closed beta, this sign pops up whenever the server you have access too is offline.  So come wens. or thurs. and you shouldn't see the message anymore and also be able to play!

Unfortunately i cant becuase forums are full and i cant make a forum account

Getting the same thing. Beta forums report the servers are down for maint. at the moment so be patient.

You shouldn't be asking beta related questions (even about the client install), there is an offical closed beta/open beta forum where you can seek the answers you need.  Use your beta credentials to login to the site and read FAQ.

Once again i cannot access closed/open beta forums because you cannot make forums accounts at the moment

Servers are down.

CE beta people should check https://betacenter.eamythic.com/login.php

for info regaurding servers. I would assume that NDA will drop when CE servers go up for information purposes. So until then sit back, relax, wait, and hit f5 until servers go up.
