what store did you order your standard edition of warhammer online and how long did it take you to receive your key. none of sites i visited mention anything about open beta access..

Standard edtion EU copies of the game dont have open beta access only the headstart,this has been said quite a few times in this forum.

thanks for the useless response, you could of elaborated on where you pre-ordered..but i guess you just wanted to give a snot nosed reply...as far as i know standard edition does get open beta access and ce edition are getting into closed beta.

It doesn't matter where you preordered. EU SE does not include OB access.

Man how else could I put it,only the CE edtion in europe gets into open beta,the standard edtion does not,but never mind in future I wont answer your questions at all as it seems pointless and instead of a thank you I get insulted.

No reason to be rudeand insulting...  ONLY CE preorders get beta access

I apoligize for asking it here but I don't want to flood the forums with more pre-order questions.

 So I pre-ordered the game from gamestop and got all my codes. Now, I know that EU people don't get to go to OB but will my head-start codes work even when it's not from an EU pre-order?

No, NA and Euro codes are different and need to go into the account page of the area they are for... 

NA codes won;t work in Euope and Euro codes won;t work in NA for example

Well the UK direct2drive (direct2drive.co.uk) does advertise the pre-order with an open beta access. However this might be becouse it seems likely that the "big beta" they annouched will be Warhammer and that subscribers and poeple who brougt the game get access to the beta. Just quessing here though. However I would not be supprised if they just copy and passed the US site and forgot to remove this part :P.

It is not country restricted there (Have ordered it from the Netherlands). I have however not recieved a key yet, but I expect it comes where open beta, opens up.

Man, this sucks. Wish Mythic would pay more attention at their EU playerbase.

As said, check out the Direct2Drive UK pre-order  - I very much doubt the open beta access benefit was a mistake.
