WAR (Warhammer Online)

Well Warhammer Pre-orders got fucked up. If you are denying this then have fun living inside the hype bubble. Someone gets CE codes with SE orders, CE customers don't get any codes, "some" people who have pre-ordered are being invited to the closed beta, others don't for some reason, the client is on a torrent which is slow as a truck etc. etc. Many things can be said. I have been on the pre-order/pre-release of many MMOs so far and this one has the most chaotic situation so far.

I want this game to succeed. I don't care so much about pre-order stuff, but this confusion state shows that at least the marketing or organization side of Mythic sucks.

I hope that the game play makes us forget these. We will wait and see..

I'm going to disagree with you when you say that this was Mythic's fault. Most of the CE/SE code mix-up was at the retailers level and the employees at the various retailers being dumb-fucks.

It sucks big time, but it's really not Mythic's fault.

Also torrents may be slow at times but you're downloading a week before you play. I'm sure everyone will have it downloaded by then.

Lol CB for CE will last like 3-4 day and they will release OB so chill out ur not gonna miss much .

Working for a retailer who sells these, I can personally tell you that this isnt Mythics problem.  Its simply retailers.  Mythic just sends the keys to the retailers.  The retailers are the distributers and they are the ones fucking everything up.  So don't blame Mythic on this one.

And if your wanting this game to succeed than why post this bullshit?  Doesnt make sense... Its like saying Hey, give me some Cake, I want some, but I fucking hate cake.. If your wanting it to succeed than don't post this crap

Ordered my CE from Go Gamer got my beta invite as promised,  Got several nice perks that wasn't even listed. I see no issues.

Ok then what do you say about some people getting e-mail to download the client, others get absolutely nothing (not even an e-mail saying masses will be sent e-mail in phases). Doesn't it leave the customers on blank?

Secondly, there is still not 100% clear information about what CE or SE customers are getting. We are pre-ordering but we are not sure when the OB test is or who would start when.

Well, looking for the administration side, I think these are all chatoic and a marketing department wouldn't want these to happen. We all blame other games at some point but I haven't seen such lack of disorder previously yet. You might disagree but that is what it is.

I don't know anything about the gameplay yet so these critisism only goes to the "communicating with the customer" department.

Didn't anyone told you that without critisism and pointing out what is right or wrong, no one will bother to make things better? If you are happy with the current pre-order situation, tell us so, and explain us why it is. The people around me, my guild people who have decided to play this game are all having serious trouble here.

Again, IF your wanting this game to succeed like you say.. Than why are you continuasly posting arguments?  Stop it for christ sake and be petient.. Im sure Mythic will announce stuff as it comes.  If you havnt already figured that Mythic does a hell of a lot better job announcing shit then other companies than someone needs to hit you over the head with a golf club and pull the carrott outa your ass.
