To each his own.

I dont know if this is the right place to ask this but here it goes, I've been looking at WAR for a few years now, I knew it was based off a Table top game but never thought about getting it, now im wondering, where would be the cheapest place to get a starter set up for the Table top game? Maybe 60 or so units total, a battlemap or whatever they're called, and some scenery, I can do without the Rule book (I can get it from a friend or something).

**If this is in the wrong place, mod please move it**

Try www.games-workshop.com, especially the online shop, your local hobby shop, or ebay; pick up the Battle for Skull Pass box, which is the beginner's boxed set, it includes a Goblin and Dwarf armies (over 100 miniatures) , step by step easy to learn rules, rulebook, dice, rulers and scenery; all for $60-$70 bucks. After that all you need is a flat surface about 4' x 4'.

The included miniatures form the basis for 2 solid armies, just pick the required army book ($22 usd) and build from there, also remember that the miniatures do have a tendency to be a bit on the pricey side.
