Seems like every mmo out there is an online adventure where you have to quest for experience. Besides Final Fantasy XI is there another game worth playing where this is not the case or is there a simular game to final fantasy out there that im not seeing?

have a feeling that FFXI was your only MMORPG try, if this is the case i would advise you to try world of warctaft, personnaly i dont like this game, but it's made for ppl who begins playing MMO, quiet simple game, and easy.

if you dont want to pay for a game, you can try perfect world or rappelz

if you a name for best personnal mmo i would tell you lineage2, but this isn't the game for you, hardcore and very pvp.

if you dont want to pvp, and just want to enjoying killing mobs doing raids, you try vanguard, lord the ring, everquest2(eq2 you will have to pay alot of money for all the addons)

make your choice since you didnt point exactly what kind of game you are looking for, i made a small and varied selection, good luck!

Lineage 2 is the furthest thing from questing. I would try that.

Try Rohan Online.

Questing is an option for leveling but it's not the preferred option.  To level efficiently partying with other players in areas or dungeons is preferred.  There is also PvP but you have to reach level 30 first, so there is some protection for new players.
