Hi all, im in abit of a dilemma here. Been wanting to roll a lock but dont know which side to choose.

Most of my toon is horde and i love the fact that horde have more outpost than ally, eg 1k needles, stv, arathi highland  etc...

But i didn't play an ally toon much, only a level 32 hunter, deleted about 10 low level ally every time i roll 1. Don't know why, just cant seem to be able to play an ally....

But i really wana see the "other side" and see whats its like.

So please help me, should i choose an ally or horde warlock? Thank you

Behold! Rash of the Itch King comes in November! Quake in fear!

If you enjoy PvE, I'd give an Alliance lock a shot. Otherwise, please be like the thousands of undead/blood elf clones . Or, you could mix it up and go orc. Alliance really isn't much different than Horde, Horde are just more primitive. To me, their outposts seemed to be a little smaller, but nothing totally game-breaking.

Wouldn't flipping a coin give you the same answer that you would get from asking here? Here I'll help. Heads, Horde.... Tails, Aliance.... "flips coin" ..... Aliance.

Thx, like the reason that there're too many undead and belf out there. But wouldnt roll a orc lock. The level 10 quest for the viod walker is insane! inside such a hard cave.....

The problem with flipping a coin, which i did before, would mwke me miserable again and regret wasting my time on my ally or horde toon. So what im actually seeking is good reason why should it be to roll on that side....

The more suggestion the merrier , i think

Serious answer from me this time. You seem to enjoy Horde more, but If you have been playing WoW for a while it might be a nice change to see things from the other side. I know I was planning to make a Horde toon, since I have an Aliance already, but chose to cancel my sub instead. If you do go aliance though I will warn you that it at least from what I have seen 90% of the locks are Gnomes.

Leveling has Horde was much more fun for me.  I found Alliance 1-60 more boring.

Thank you. Though i quite hate human cities, sentinel hill and dark shire.... but maybe i'll give them a try again...

I really do enjoy horde, but already have 4 of them...

If your think horde, go orc, the racials benefit pet classes... only really useful while leveling though. I'm like you, but opposite... I have 4 Alliance toons at level 70 and another at level 62. It became stale playing them. I just rolled horde for a change and I'm enjoying the new quests for the moment so the change was good.

If you decide alliance I would roll human. This is more because your voidwalker has a tendancy to stand on top of you in confined spaces and as a gnome you can't see a damn thing. Endgame pvp the gnome is more usful however.

Current: LotRO, WoW
Played: EVE, Lineage II, SWG (Pre CU), CoH, EQ2, WAR.
Waiting for: Stargate Worlds, SWTOR
