1. LOTRO - Literally played for one day.

2. Horizons - They actually renamed it, "Istaria: Chronicles of the Gifted" haha!

3. AC 2 - An insult to AC fans everywhere.

4. Lineage II - If I want a grind fest, there are plenty of free ones, thanks.

5. Final Fantasy XI - Grind Fest EQ style. I quit at level 13

1 aoc (nice lil beta, got my first bug even before getting into the game)

2 Anarchy online the game feels like a big mess thats not very good to looks at.

3 swg post jedis for everyone

4 rubies of the eventide (nice attempt at making a good mmo, just cant comapare with real mmos)

5 flyff (cash shop+ grind a lot + cartoon art = not my kind of stuff)

1) AoC, gets my top spot because I felt mislead.

2) SWG, after the whole Jedi mess

3) Vanguard, I haven't played it over a year so my opinion might change if I were to pick it up today.

4) Pirates of the Burning Sea, massive dissapointment

5) Don't have a 5th one....but if I had to choose a game I wasn't apart of I would have to go with Matrix Online. Game looked like crap.

*Should mention that both Pirates and Vanguard are games I might try again in the future. Both I think needed a bit more time in development. AOC on the other hand can die a horrible death.

Vanguard was on the list until I tried it again. It runs well, plays well, and is well worth a second look.

So many to choose from....can I take more then 5? I will anyway.

• Dungeons and Dragons Online - pure anti MMO garbage
• RF Online - WTF was that?
• Everquest - who plays this pointless sadomasochisic junk and more importantly, why?
• Everquest 2 - ug, more ugly, repetitive, pointless to play trash
• Face of Mankind - dead and gone, to bad so sad
• Fury - is this sh*t even still running?
• Istaria (Horizons) - the cockroach of MMO's. I would bet money that after a full nuclear exchange, it would still be running. Istaria is the future "Skynet" and will take over the world one day.
• Pirates of the Burning Seas - Ship burned, sank and sharks ate it.
• Tabula Rasa - Richard...WTF were you thinking? That was pathetic.
• Hellgate - a singleplayer game trying to pass itself off as an MMO.
• SWG - this game was a TURD from DAY 1!
• Vanguard at launch - what a mess
• Almost every free to play I have ever tried out of boredom (except for Spacecowboy, I liked that one)

I have not tried AoC yet and I doubt I ever will, everything I have read indicates to me it would rack up on my list so why bother.

I haven't even played 5 games. You people have too much time and money on your hands. Wish I did. I've played 3 MMORPGs and I have to rate RF Online as the worst experience. It was so bad, it kept me from trying other MMOs and sticking with the familiar. I didn't want to throw another $50+ down the drain. I got RF Online at full price, lost the box for a year, installed it when the price dropped to $20 then charged an extra month's subscription because Codemaster's website didn't accept my cancelation notice.

I came to this site to find a game that would appeal to me. So far I haven't found much. Not that it matters. I still don't have the extra time to get involved in a new game.
