After so many years that gets really rather boring I’m afraid, not that I’ve ever really indulged in it much myself if at all.

My main motivation is still only my desire to play a game like Darkfall, whether or not a game like Darkfall will actually be released by Aventuine this year, or any year remains to be seen.

But I cant deny the “slowing down at the scene of an accident ” or the “ “sitting in the train hoping its going to crash” syndromes don’t provide a significant amount of sh*t’s and giggles satisfaction.

Ah, schadenfreude, my guilty pleasure. The way I see it if the game never releases or if it does but without features or polish then it would lead me to the former, if it does release as complete and awesome as promised, then it would lead me to play it, so it's a win-win situation for me, so either way I am interested in its development process. I am skeptic by nature, but never hardcore enough to deny anyone the benefit of doubt.

You do realize that we got more substance of proof that this game is real than what you have that it's not? You are here to laugh at 'fanbois' but you are very immature and pathetic in many eyes here. You might think you have some valid points but even Al Qaida thinks they have valid points. Does that make the world to think the same? Nope not at all.

Your arguments that say Darkfall is fake or a hoax have no more truth behind them then our arguments that say Darkfall is real and will be released.

It is all opinions.  NOBODY has facts because we are not the developers of Darkfall.

It is that simple.  We will be fighting back and forth for ever (or until it is released)  with just each others opinions.

Trolls, haters, whatever else you want to be called have no more facts then the fan's do but yet both sides demand their opinions are more valid then the other side.

For me personally its not so much about Darkfall as what Darkfall brings to the table.  The feature list is the only thing that matters to me.  

If another games comes along with the same feature list as Darkfall, I will be watching and playing that game.

I want a fantasy themed game with the same feature list as Darkfall.... Darkfall happens to be the game right now that has the feature list I want as a player.

Tafos or Ταφος means "grave" in greek. Someone in Aventurine has a very black sense of humor.

"Vaporware trolls" have the empirical evidence of seeing every MMO with a feature list similar or even remotely close to Darkfall's proposed one fail terribly or be outright cancelled, all the while providing more information than DF ever did. Fanboys have, on the other hand, nothing of consequence. The burden of proof, in a medium and niche where all have failed before, lies with the devs of DF, not their detractors. Providing evidence of absence is nigh impossible in this situation, while providing evidence of existence is trivially easy for a developer who has a feature complete build of the game. This (youtube.com/watch) is more or less how you do it, and those devs didn't have a feature complete game then, and they were a lot more than 6 months away from release. You would agree that it seems pretty easy, cheap, and good buzz, no?

Yes it certainly is strange, though is standard procedure for Aventurine, for years they just keep showing the same vids over and over and over....

DF is a good example of a social experiment, because so far that is all it has been, and more than likely is all it ever will be. No tangible mmorpg will ever be released by these phonies.
