WAR (Warhammer Online)

So I'm all stoked to play a Bright Wizard.   A fireballing, insane madman with a  mission.    "Torch em all, and let the God's sort em out!"   I can live with that motto.

But my wife demands we play as Greenskins.  

Such a evil, to be married to one seduced by chaos.  Her second choice is a maurader, again, the taint of corruption hangs over my future gaming.   

This calls for divorce!

No room for compromise?  Mt girlfriend and I play games together,have for last 6-7 years...we have yet to have any problems compromising on what to play. If she is expecting you to play Orcs,then you should be able to expect her to play Order with you from time to time.

One thing I'm curious about...do greenskins even have playable females in the game? Not seen any screen shots of them. Either Goblin or Orc.

I'm assuming its possible to play both order and chaos, so really, why don't you both agree to try both? who knows, one of you may swing to the other side.

Another course of action: sit down and discuss with her the benefits of playing order, that being good can be non-conformist and socially unacceptable as living in dirty huts in its own way.

worse comes to worse, you can just go your seperate ways in game and share a battlefield romance of slaughter eachothers allies and sometimes even eachother. But its all resolvable.

Sounds perfectly ideal to me!  Tell her to go make a greenskin, and you make your bright wizard.  Then go track her down, smack her greenskin around a little bit until she either submits and gets back in the kitchen, or is converted to your way of thinking. :)

from what i've seen, greenskins aren't designated a sex, but more or less co-exist in a giant sphere of masculinity. For the most part, destruction isn't all that feminine (except dark elves and 2 chaos classes) where as order gives the option on the majority of classes.

Although squig herders are adorable =3

hah yeah,I'm not big on goblin races...but I've always loved Squigs in Warhammer,so will likely try the class out. My girlfriend will 100% be playing a Dark Elf since she refuses to play anything ugly.  :)

yeah mix it up and one of you can swing both ways.....
