we would all be much happier, and this proves that it is not impossible to have a classic server. This is the main reason why i will play WAR because the devs listen to the community.

Believe it or not, even after being massively ass raped armed with jagged broken bottles by the fat, mean, nasty prison guards that make up the Sony staff - I would still join a "classic" server if they set one up....

Oh to be sure, if any of the fanboys shows up and reads this, they WILL say that Tzimiscechi is degrading all those who have been in prison and been buttraped by prison guards (at least those buttraped with broken bottles) and how DARE he make such an analogy about an update to a game! It's what they do. Since they have no reason about the issue at hand, and they don't care about the victims of what was probably a real fraud, they need to pretend to be the protectors of the victims of analogy. |

at least they finally gave in...i doubt soe will do the same. |

SOE is a ship of fools following an apparent team of madmen hellbent on chasing the great white whale, the mythical WoW audience. Literature provides us with a grand lesson on those who follow such a path. Funny how both instances met the same fate. As for DAOC, desperation or not, they now offer the service. Something SOE will never do. |

The way some of the vets still carry on, you would think this exact scenario really did occur. As for me, SOE/LEC got my pre-order money plus a few months sub time. Live and learn.... I'm in the same boat Rain. They got my pre-order and probably around 2 months sub time. As far as personal grievances go, I feel I've let that go--live and learn as you say. What does alarm me though on an industry level is that SOE and LEC probably got a couple months sub time from over a hundred thousand people. I did the math on that, and the sum total of subscription revenues generated by what certainly appears to be misleading marketting is in the millions.
