Look for an NPC that says "TRAINER" under their name. There is one in tortage aswell as conarch village.

Co-ords for conarch are 250,491. It costs 50C to do the 1st time.(I'm lvl 26 and have 5 silver - 500C, so its not much)

The second time, it costs 275C or 2 silver and 75 copper, But at higher levels, again, this isn't much. Money isn't that big of a factor in this game since most of the good items you get are drops from creatures or quest items. Merchant items usually have no bonuses. Anyways, back on topic:

So as you can see, its easy to reset featpoints. The conarch trainer is at co-ords 250,491

Yes, the cost of resetting your feats goes up every time. No one is sure if the cost degenerates with time, however.

Don't even worry about it....If you go into the tavern next to the entrance and do "night" missions, you level MUCH faster. At lvl 19, you can kill the main boss of tortage, and finally leave. So just wait till 19 to reset your points, you'd only have 9 anyways, so it won't really effect you as greatly as it would later.
