Since AOC is coming to Xbox 360 will it be a cross-platform game?

Will it be like FFXI how PC and PS2 players could play on the same servers with the same people (I think they could anyway)?  Or will the servers the 360 plays on be different than the PC?

i dont see why they would separate them (waits for the huge flame war to erupt).  unless there is some technical problem that i have yet to hear about.

In-game: Toxilium

Just hope, pray, sacrifice your annoying brother, for the love of god, just hope the console kids don't invade this game. Imagine the Halo 3 community in AoC.... it gives me shivers.

From what I understand, they will share the same servers and if additional servers are needed they will be created

I mean i enjoy playing AOC a lot on the PC and I have made a lot of friends online, but my computer is kind of bogging down and I don't have the money to upgrade, but I do have a 360.  So it would be nice to enjoy much smoother framerates and better graphics and be able to play with my friends at the same time.

I play this game with a PS3 clone gamepad .. fully programmable

Macros etc ,  I can do combos with 1 button press.

It sorta takes the skill out of the game but means I can do stuff impossible to do without the macros

Ie I can watch TV while flossing and playing AoC at the same time now .  lol just kidding but u get the idea.

Well they did design the combat around a controller. They said they though of how console gamers like to play games and thats how the combat system came to be. So no surprise you can make such good use out of a gamepad.
