i am leader of a smalelr guild and wanted to know if somehwere is a summary of what the different governement types in AoC do.

Also Coming form a game with a highly customizable guild structure and a very good guild interface (EQ2), what i have seen in aoc looks very restrictive in what you can do. (only judging from the first looks).

i am in early access and still waiting for my aoc game box (hopefully it has arrived when i get home from work today) so i don't have the manual yet if its in manual. i was also looking around on web about that but did not find any real infos.
