They took down the servers at 1PM EST for a patch that was supposed to take 2 hours.   At 3PM EST they post that they needed another hour.   Now 1 minutes ago, just before the 4PM deadline, the official forums went down, game still not up.

Weird eh that the forum go down just at the moment the game is supposed to get back up.

Problem could be related.  EVE's forums are directly linked to the game, so when its offline, so are the forums in many cases.

Forum was fucked up anyways, why not fix everything at once? maybe they took all our cash and closed office?

I think it would be a hundred times easier this way.  All that floods the forums when the servers are down are the people that have no patience at all or have yet to realize the other 40 posts stating the servers are down.
