According to a report from GamePolitics, the judge who presided over Miami lawyer Jack Thompson's Bar trial has recommended to the Florida Supreme Court that he be found guilty on 27 of 31 charges of professional misconduct. Of the 27 recommendations of guilt, twenty-one are from a suit related to Grand Theft Auto and four are from an attempt by Thompson to have Rockstar's Bully declared a public nuisance.

 

Couldn't have happened to a nicer jackass.

Everyone is entitled to be stupid, but some abuse the privilege.

Finally, something we can all agree on: Jack Thompson is getting what he deserves.  Oh, yeah, and he's a total douchebag.

Now, uh, what about the penalty?

I recall someone on here talking about him being found dead in an alley with "GTA made me do it" on him. While fitting, I unfortunately couldn't quite agree to it.

On the other hand, what I could go for is giving everyone he misrepresented and personally insulted by his behavior and comments the chance for one free random slap across the face to be "cashed" in at any time. Of course, he might not have a face left if even a hundredth of those people took up the offer.

Come on people, what do you think he deserves?

Not playing MMOs, and hating every minute of it.
