Hi all, I'm looking to put together a comp that can run AoC smoothly on max settings. I'm hoping that someone here that has a vista 64 rig, that has run AoC smoothly could post up their system specs.

I've read tons of complaints about the nForce chipsets, vista 64 and soundcard problems.. etc.. It would be nice if someone could shine a light on a good setup.

I am running on the following:

Vista 64-bit Home Premium.
C2D e8400 overclocked at 3.6GHz on Abit IP35P
8GB RAM (Ocz Reaper HPC PC-6400 CL4)
Club3D 9800 Gx2 1GB

It runs smoothly 30-80+ FPS with every setting on. I personally do not play with bloom, but only because I like the game without it better. Running also 1680x1050 resolution, but it  did run about the same with 1900x as well.

I have had no sound problems or serious video problems. With 9800 Gx2 I have noticed some texture missing in two places (Volcane when meteors hit the ground you see the explosion leaving white splash spot on the ground and then you lose some hair when swimming occasionally.
