Since players can have sex in game why not have STDs? If you catch one your character will start walking funny and scratching his/her groin after a day. Then the next stage depends on the STD, perhaps red blotchy patches on the back or inflammation of the groin or facail area? Then the last stage, say you're at a tavern buying an ale and all of a sudden you disperse a rank green discharge into the bartender's face? Or perhaps an even dispersal pattern throughout the tavern covering most customers?

To cure this problem you need to go to a priest and buy a potion, these potion are only player made by priests. Also the STD will have to give you like -10 stamina or something each day it goes untreated, however it would be a good gold sink also and help the economy and immersion at the same time!

Interesting, and you could have a HUGE visual effect for it of the "little critters" or what not scurring away so everybody knows.......

That's interesting, you could have children by NPCs and whenever you visit the town/city you have her family chasing you for child support? A good way to level up too!

Do I hear bonus points for stealth?

Yes, and instead of having a "gems" game that EQ had when there was some downtime, AoC could have something along the lines of "Snit's Revenge"

Can you have sex in-game?

No way I'm having sex with anyone in-game though. 90% of all the chicks in MMO's are men. That might be cool with Ronaldo, but even the thought of it paints irrevocable pictures in my head. ARrrrgh! Thanks a lot man!

You should stick with having in-game sex with guildies or people you trust. That's my advice.

I doubt it shows anything really, its probably like the sims where they go under the covers and it looks like they're fighting.

and if you catch AIDS you will have a permanent DoT on your ass! 

The screen goes blank for a second during the "rumpy pumpy" then you're all buffed. Just I liked the idea of adding some risk vs reward to it? Also you'll know if that Stygian guildmate you got married to has been banging the guild master behind your back!
