Hi guys, I think I have a fairly middle of the road system for AOC and I was wondering if you would tweak or doing anything to it. Here are my specs Processor: Intel Core 2 Duo E685 @ 3.00 GHZ Ram : 3GB DDR2 SDRAM ram 800mhz (actually 4 but vista doesnt recognize the last 1 ) Video Card : Nvidia 8800 GT HD: 250 GB HD , 7200 RPM OS: Vista ultimate 32 bit I think I should be able to run the game without any problems, just was wondering if you would tweak anything

I would consider setting up an XP partition, but other than that I would just leave it until you see how it runs. |

Thanks, I was wondering about the whole XP/partion thing. If I did that I am sure to get some more FPS but at the expense of DX10 features. Not sure what I will do :) |

Has anyone actually tested vista vs xp for conan? Most games they are virtually identical frame rates now that the drivers are decent. |

I had much better performance With XP then i did with Vista and to be hones i dont think the extra Lighting visuals and what ever else DX10 brings is worth the expense of losing Framerates what you need to ask is do you really need the extra little bit of fluff DX10 Brings?the game looks amazing without it. |

I have less than you, and i run on the highest graphics with almost no lag at all. i only lag in extremely over populated areas. |
