Everyone is entitled to be stupid, but some abuse the privilege. |
CNN has projected Hillary Clinton as the Democratic winner in West Virginia. |

Justification is an event. Sanctification is a process. |

Love is benevolent evil. It is the sweet plague that devours reason, leaving euphoria in its place. |
Doesn't matter, the way the Democrats' delegate division works, even though Hilary still wins WV, Obama still gets delegates. He still has the lead, and, unless Hilary pulls more blowouts, she's not getting the nomination.
Also, as a man with a relative living in WV, I'm really not surprised Obama got no votes there. It's like stepping into a time-machine down there. |

If buying Marijuana supports terrorists, legalize it so we can buy American. |
Hillary takes West Virginia: Will it fit in the overhead on her flight back to New York?
Seriously though, I feel so bad for her at this point. I really do admire her conviction. She's pretty much just continuing to run for all the people who have supported her. Meanwhile, Obama campaigns in Missouri, where the democratic primary was over February 5th. Obama continues to extend the lead of super delegates. Good run though, Hillary. I, for one, salute your effort. |

There hasn't been a Democrat elected to the WH without winning West Virginia since Woodrow Wilson in 1916.
For Obama supporters to just shrug it off and defame everyone in the state as racist......is really smart. |

Everything is better with explosions. |
Heh, as someone from WV, and who visits every summer.. The people are pretty racist. Before you label me an Obama supporter, I can't stand the guy, or his fanboys. |

That's exactly how the media spins it, too: Obama is already the Democratic candidate for the general election. The problem is, HE'S NOT. The media loves to dictate to us who the "good" candidates are and they usually get their way. Bush got a big boost from Fox News (a conservative media outlet) during the 2000 election and is one of the reasons why Gore conceded. Out of the dozen or so blogs I frequent, many people who live in states that had earlier primaries (or caucuses) state they would NOT vote for Obama now, since the whole Jeremiah Wright thing came out. The superdelegates need to think long and hard about that before they make their final decision. They need to concentrate on who can beat McCain...and I doubt it's Obama. |
