I note with interest the growth of the thread about ppl asking for referral accounts. Some of you may have luck on these boards, however, I would recommend a different approach.

The focal point of L2 is the clan, moreso than any other MMO out there.

IF you are seriously looking to give L2 a try go, then go to the source and seek trial accounts directly with clans.

-> Chose a Server,

-> search through the clans on that server,

-> apply through the clan forums and see how you go.

You all have a far greater chance of success going directly through the community than trying to get a random person to sponsor you.
