MMORPGs are a business like a dairy-farm. You try to get out the maximum of milk with a minimum amount of moo. It seems all we get these days is moo.

Ryzom, we dare to be different.
Do you dare to adapt?

"My apologies to the devil, because we have only heard one side of the story."

Even though Ryzom was my secondary game, I still miss it very much.

HURRY UP AND COME BACK TO US....

Until then I still have EvE ^^.

Check out the Ryzom Forever Channel on Eve.  A few Atysians are hanging out there.

Moonlightmist on Ryzom (Arispotle), Eve and EQ2 (Lucan D'Lere)

Lanuit on Silan

Every time I see the Ryzom icon on my desktop I get sad. I really do miss it!

I've kind of given up hope. Two and a half months with no word from Spiderweb International.

Why buy a much beloved mmo and not re-assure its very devoted fans that the game will be re-opening?

.... and why buy said mmo through what has the appearance of a shell company?

I'm beginning to fear it's been purchased this way because there is no plan to re-open - just to gut it for code. And the anonymity of a shell company would be the perfect shield against the ill will that would create.

Some small part of me still hopes that maybe it will re-open, but I've stopped checking this forum daily for news to that effect :(
