I'm not very familiar with SOE practises, but usually they clearly state in the game box that additional fees apply.
And you should be able to pass the credit card requirement if you use a valid game time card instead. But if the graphics aren't working for you, I wouldn't suggest spending any more money on the game. Cheaper to just accept the loss and move on. |
