hey...can anybody tell me if this game is worth the download?seems okay to me

Seriously, it's free. So just download it and try it. Don't like it? Just uninstall. No loss except a few hours of time.

As the guy said up there u won't lose anything by downloading it, only few hours of ur time, but u won't be dissapointed trust me!

WAIT - before you begin playing the game - you should go to:  http://www.1perfectworld.com and read their guides to:

1.  Quests - there is a specific way you get quests, find quests and report back once you have done a quest.

2.  Maps - how to navigate around - the most complicated part of the game is the compass in the top right corner.  You can open it - and feed in new coordinates which will then give you a blue dot on map (hit M and then the + at top) and it will give you an arrow to guide you.  Its important you use this.  To the left is NPC's in the locality or Villiages and you click them - and then get an arrow to show you the way.

3.  Read about the Cultivation quests - your skills are divided up into groups - these are cultivation levels - VERY important to get GOOD skills.

4.  Read about SP (skill points) be careful where you spend them - you cannot do a 'reset'. 

5.  Read about R (Reputation) for your first FB (big quest) - you need 80 Respect (which I found out the hard way). 

7.  Get an idea about the Dragon Quests - special quests - to earn amazing things.  Wish I had known - I would of kept alot of those drops.

8. There is a database of monsters - lists if they are tameable (by werefoxes only) and what these monsters drop.  Looking for a specific drop for a quest - 'usually' they are listed or the quest guides list them.

I printed off my quest guides - made notes and marked off the ones I completed.  It HELPS to know what drops what also.

Learn a bit about the game before you dive in - ask other players - and do not be afraid to make a character - learn by doing and goofing up.

BTW you can swim (be careful there are monsters in the water too), fly (if you are Elf at level 1) or have aviation (level 30) and .. well its chock full of goodness to keep you busy.

I don't find anything about this game complicated.  Any mmo that has a feature set like this will have some learning curve or else it would be basic.
