tell me.. is it like WoW where there are zones where one faction is not flagged PVP but the other factions are, and vice versa.
or is it PVP every where ._. |

People wait at the edge of zones. Then they kill you when you are still loading into the zone. Then there are other people camping the respawn point. They kill you as soon as you respawn. |

This makes me think of Ultima Online in the old school days..not sure what it is like now, but anyone remember being perma-red and it was PvP all the time? =) Those were the days. You are standing at Yew bank and a red pops up - hah. Anyways, on topic. PvP all the time, everybody, everywhere doesn't make sense. Even in a Conan world...it should be factional at least or guild based. I know that they are trying to create a new generation game, but take advice from the successful ones out there. I'd like to hear more about what the final outcome on PvP is supposed to be. |

Yeah, right now it is gank fest 08. Everyone is just standing around the spawn and rez points and ganking away. I understand it's a PvP test server, however, I would also like to be able to take a quest without dying (it takes a while to get out of the quest screen to retaliate, by then it's too late). I was really hoping that with them letting us out into the big open world I could get a chance to see what it looks like and how the quests, items and progression works... I guess I'll just have to wait for the early access to kick up to find out. |
