will the controls on pc be exact same as for consoles?

 

say I am playing the pc version with a gamepad..... will the controls and manuver be the exact same as the ps2 version? or will it be a hassle like in Two Worlds?

In Two Worlds.... I played the demo version with a gamepad and it dont work..... had to use something like xpad or joy2key to make it work.... even if it work.... it is a hassle to go through all the keys.

 

so my question is..... can I play Phantasy Star Universe on the pc version with a gamepad that acts and feels exactly like the controls in the ps2? without going through anything? like plug and play and bammm! auto configired and supported gamepad?

I used an Xbox360 controller on the PC, you do need to configure the buttons first but after that ti's exactly the same as on consoles (I own the 360 version as well)
