There is one thing I haven't yet tried in order to stop the game from crahsing and/or locking on me every 5 minutes.  That is the multi-core CPU fix.

I know I read somewhere that people using a single processor in a multicore system gained much improvement and no crashes. However, can't seem to find those instructions.  They aren't even in the tweaking stickie at the top for some reason.

Anyone mind linking those instructions on how to turn off a dual or quad core processor?
