Anyone know which site may be most reliable in getting me my open beta code and,the game possibly by release?

Why So Serious?

Amazon.com   gives you the CE code the moment you confirm...it shows up in the My Media - > Download's section.  

(if you do over night shipping you should get the game on release day but with the headstart program this isn't necessary you just need the game within 4 to 5 days after release)

Best Buy.com  Sends you the CE Pre Order box which will contain the codes

Gamestop.com Sends you the CE codes on the email receipt

 EAStore.com  sends you the codes in email probably on a receipt within so many days of pre ordering

dunno how the other sites are working but these 3 are the most commonly used in the US for the Collector's Edition Pre orders with codes.
