The SOE station password reset wont work for me. 

It is a 2 stage process sends an email with a link follow the link to get a new temp password.  But i never  get the final email with the new password. 

Cant login so cant contact them so I decided to created a new account and try chat support.  Went to chat support and  explorer told me the the certificate failed.  continued on and the support guy wanted security details give him all but credit card stuff (because it was not a secure https and cert fialed) and he reset my password. 

Guess what it did not work. 

got an email for chat incident saying if we dont heard from in 72 hours bah bah.  Tried to follow the link to tell them it did not work but could not because the new account would not login.

hopeless hopeless hopeless may have to cancel credit card to stop paying for potbs which seemed like an ok game.
