One of the things I've found most ironic in MMO gaming is the trouble encountered when actually logging on and trying to find a group to play with.

I'm just wondering, which game have you guys found the easiest to group in?  This includes things like the interface and it actually being useful and effective in producing working results.  I have found some games that I really like but sometimes give up in frustration from the horrible grouping options.

“Game Experience May Change During Online Play” is about ESRB ratings, not changing game content!

City of Heroes.

Edit:  Just to fill that out more:

1.) The game really nailed grouping -- you can solo all of the content but the game shines when parties form.  Synergies are truly achieved and battles become epic as missions scale (in number of mobs and difficulty) as the size of the group increases (up to 8.)  Pick up teams are the norm for the game.

2.)  All levels of heroes can be found hanging out in Atlas Park at just about any time.

3.)  Perhaps it is the "hero" mentality, but the majority of people are helpful, nice, and welcoming.

'Cause usually on these boards saying you like a part of WoW gets rabid fanboys of other games chomping at the bit to rip one's throat out.

Mind you, although i no longer play the game, yeah, for me, it was really easy to group up in WoW. Random pick-up groups when leveling, PuG's for 5 man's, i mean, it was usually pretty easy.

DDO has probablly one of the best LFG/LFM interfaces that actually gets a lot of use. The game strongly encourages grouping and it's not normally that difficult to get into a group, now getting that group to slow down for a new player, that's a different problem.

How long ago have you tried to level in a pug(pick up group)?  Last time I played, little under a year now, I got stuck at level 36 because it was so hard to find groups.  I ended up having to quit the game because I just couldn't see myself leveling solo, although it was possible, it would have taken many many months to max out.  On top of that I would have missed out on all the cool quests that you need groups for on the way up.

As for easy grouping, in my opinion, I would say World or Warcraft, always groups looking for members and I would put Eve in 2nd.  Most content in Eve are for solo players in the beginning, but once you get to the good stuff groups are always willing to hook up for the higher payouts.

Of course there might be better games for grouping easier, but I'm just giving you my experience.

Edit:  also, WoW and Eve both have great UI's, makes tracking groups easy and lets you know whats going on, plus in Eve it's customizable with add-ons.

CoH/CoV big time, this is why I love this game.

You level so much faster grouped, so everyone groups.  Not to mention that some classes just don't do as well solo.   But you can still solo in the game, it's a great mix.

The enemy is so dumb! They believe that WE are the enemy! - A famous orc commander.

CoX for me as well.

See, the first point which make it best grouping game is that you don't absolutely needs a group.  So, you didn't find a group(rare but may happen in any game), why don't you solo 1 mish or 2 for 15-30 minutes and recheck later, odds are that you will be invited before you finish your first mission.

The fact ANY group could work (if the players can figure out how to adapt to this ne
