We are not talking three months post launch, six months, or even a year. We want to know which game has launch the past FOUR years that had a Miracle Patch at launch. The patch that takes the game from beta to LAUNCH DAY where you said WOW, they did a great job fixing everything that was wrong at the end of beta to make LAUNCH DAY a success. We look forward to seeing your votes! If I missed one, reply with the name of the one I missed. Bottom line, is there such a thing as the launch day "Miracle Patch" or is "It's Beta" just a no other excuse for the game is sucking battle cry of the ever present fanbois? *EDIT* Use the bottom World of Warcraft listing to vote for Tabula Rasa. You should take out LOTRO from your list and replace it by Tabula Rasa. LOTRO was pretty bugfree during end of beta and was more than ready to be launched before it was even lauched, I do not understand at all why you even thought about putting it on the list. In the other hand, TB was the one in deep need of a miracle patch, I did not stay to see if it got it or not. |

Most games that are from late beta to launch day seemed to be the same. I can't really think of any game from the past 4 years that I've been in beta and then launch day I was like "WoW" they fixed all the beta issues. Early beta to late beta there are huge changes but late beta to launch, I didn't recall any HUGE changes. I think the closes was WoW with the hunters. Hunter class was added during mid beta and they were more polished at launch. |
