I'm not getting into the game and have been having hanging and crashing.  I found this file and on my system it is huge like 260k full of errors.  It also creates a subdir called archivelogs where it keeps a copy of this log file.

I also discovered that when you uninstall aoc it doesn't completely clean itself up there is a directory in \documents adn settings\username\local settings\application data\funcom\conan that has a bunch of files about your characters and accounts etc.  This might be the source of some problems since for me the problems seem to persist even after reinstalling.

Right now I've deleted everything and reinstalled from a backup and I've repatched and I'm running a verify on the database.
