I'm been a member on this site longer then you and uninstalled WoW over a year ago, and that is not enough, out of all games I play I enjoy Vanguard more then WoW.... NUFF SAID.

actually i didn't lol. I do not even know what this whole thread discussion is about. The guy just stated its a very good game, possibly the best to date. and everyone has to put in there 2 cents.

But, both my reply there and raisybef earlier was equally pointless and stupid, just as I think you said they was now. I just wasn't that clear in saying it.

The point is, almost everyone who is accepted into a closed beta specially in the early phases are almost always the type who go into it for the game, not for themselves. I'm sure people would love to differ on that but people who join a beta to get free gametime are usually never selected and if they are, they are usually let go or end up breaking the NDA within weeks.

as for #2, there are a lot of smart and interesting people on this website, except for the few who like to do doomsay anything to make themselves feel important. There are plenty of ways to get your point and expression across besides lying and pretending you have a clue about something that you've obviously never played or ever really wanted to play.

and #3? My opinion? how is that an opinion, Almost everyone who claims they are in beta and give 0 proof or any sort of argument besides "i uninstalled to play wow" is obviously not in any sort of closed beta, specially he one he was claiming.

I agree with the OP, if enough subscriptions can be stolen or switched to AoC then this game has some real potential. A low population will personally kill the game for me regardless of the amazing content and graphical detail. I give it one big creepy thumb up !

Well first I do not like the harsh reply given to you by some gamers here.

On the other hand, you have given an opinion, but not a reasoned one.  Yes I know you say you left the closed beta and reinstalled WoW.  BUT I do not know why.

1. Maybe AoC is a great game but you PC is so old that it can only play WoW.

2. Maybe AoC is a different kind of game and you are more used to WoW style.

3. Maybe AoC is in beta with bugs and you do not know that you are there to debug, so you chickened out and go back to WoW.

4. Maybe AoC is in beta and you want to raid for purples.  So you go back to WoW.

5. Maybe AoC requires some thinking and you are too tired after work, so you go back to WoW

6. Maybe ...

There are million maybes that are consistent with your stated fact, that you tried AoC beta and go back to WoW.  How are we supposed to judge your statement.  Does it mean AoC is good or bad.

You are wrong by saying "enough said".  No you have not explained enough, you have not explained anything.  You did not even tell us whether you like AoC beta or not in your first opinion.  In your quote above, you said you do not like the game without mentioning that it is in beta, so I wonder, do you have issues with the beta or the game?

Oh well I am trying to make too much sense out of your few words, as if I am trying to put words into your mouth.  I really do not know what you are trying to tell us, if any.
