Ouch! I knew things were bad but not *that* bad...

I would laugh more if that wasn't the server I played on...

Most people quit...the few remaining transferred to Bloodfin for PvP...and few went to Bria.

If you want the perfect example of how the NGE killed a community Kauri is the perfect selection.

I hear you...I was on Intrepid and last time I was in-game it was pretty desolate.

Well we know some just post rather than play,The vocal minority, and if we run the math it is probally closer to 300, which is still stunningly low.  30? Wow just give them free transfers and shut it down SOE.

Man that's just depressing.

I remember on Lowca the 2nd day this game came out there were literally thousands upon thousands of people running around out in the wilderness.  You could walk up to camp after camp of groups of 10 or more just chilling out in the wild.  Going into Coronet was almost insanity because of all the people that were hanging out there as well.

Now Lowca is probably no better off than Kauri.  It's really sad that they didn't just stick with Pre-CU.  I really enjoyed playing SWG.

I remember when it was busy on my server like that as well . I used to come across people all the time out in BFE on any planet. I honestly don't think most NGE fans don't mind dead servers though, I think they like the game being empty TBH. It's the few who don't you see complain about it (like some of my old guildes who stuck around) Most of those are the players who come and go. But I think the NGE fans are an anti social bunch of haters.

I started the game on the Kauri server back in the day... Half the population spoke French....  It was a very busy server back then... Between the Combat Upgrade and the NGE it didnt stand a chance...

no flames, only regrets all  of you that are left to play this game will never really understand the coolness that was ,even after CU.the thing i miss most about this game was the people and the community we enjoyed . they can change all they want but, it will never be the same

Honestly I think that's why they flame us vets so much--they are jealous of all the fun we had in the pre-cu game and they know it's something they can never experience.

That, and it is hard to refute the fact that the servers are empty, which anyone can go see, anytime, for themselves. Hard to come up with a comeback for the truth.
