On Friday, the developers over at SOE's Vanguard: Saga of Heroes released a new walkthrough. This one is called "Venture into the Gulch".

Near the northern border of the scorching Qalia desert, lies a valley encroached with vermin known as the Ksaravi. Within the gulch, hordes of these vile creatures congregate as they plan to unleash a wave of destruction on the good people of Khal.

As a young adventurer, you can enlist yourself to help battle the Ksaravi by aiding the Black Wyvern Riders and their associates, who are stationed outside the Gulch.

God that world is sooo barren and the art is sooo horrible, all the objects look sooo generic and out of place. WOW has a much nicer more detailed and better looking world with sooo many sights to see, even SWG with it's empty planets looks better lol.

If I liked cartoons and sci-fi worlds, then yes, I also would like WoW and SWG better.

I do not, and appreciate some of the realism in these shots..It can look better also...for some reason they are using low res textures in those shots...

Wow you really need to put the bong down. Seriously you've smoked way too much weed if you think WoW and SWG have better graphics. Even low res Vanguard is better than those games..

Well I play VG and I can tell you that there are places in VG that are poorly done and could use some serious attention.   First, wildlife...just things like birds, butterflies and stuff.  VG has none.   Second.  When you swim there is no wake or splash...nothing.   Want to discuss underwater scenery?  Don't even go there, because in VG the seas and oceans are barren except in a few small places and those areas that are are very poorly done.  WoW blows VG out of the water when it comes to environmental details like these types of things.   VG still has a long, long way to go to be the game it should have been at launch...a long, long way.

  I don't see much wrong with the screenshots.  I do agree however there is nothing that makes you go WOW about the vanguard screenshots.
