First you will need to upload the image to an image hosting service like Photobucket or ImageShack. Then find the direct link to your image and copy it. Enter My Profile, and select Forum Settings. Scroll down to the Custom box and use the [img][/img] tags. [img]http://www.example.com/myimage.jpeg[/img]
