Funny thing is, I actually found that link on the offcial DnL forums. I occasionally delight myself in watching people there ignore the completely obvious situation the game is in.

Aye, its amazing isn't it? Is a great case for a psychology class to study !

March 19, 2008- [VWORLD - Paris  Court]
NPCube argues it has not been granted enough time to retain a lawyer, and does not bring any submissions before Court in the emergency proceedings taken by VWORLD for counterfeiting of video sequences. The defense asks for the hearing to be postponed, which is granted and scheduled on March 26, 2008.

March 26, 2008- [VWORLD - Paris  Court]
The final hearing takes place at the Paris Court and the Court's decision is to be rendered on April 2nd, 2008.

I believe it was in Euros not GBP, so it was probably around $60k without looking at exchange rates.
