I recommend you check L2blah, there are many clans recruiting there. People complaining about bots and transfers aside, it's going to be a great server I can't wait.

Any idea on how many English speaking players might be expected to play on this server?

I've really wanted to start playing again but I'd much rather play on a new server so I'll actually have a fair chance this time around.

The thing is, I only speak English, and I'm guessing there probably won't be many English speakers on the server?

As in most game english is the main language used. There are some russians and french guys who cant (or wont) speak english but most ppl do even on the european servers.
