Umm, thats not an example of how polished it is. Those are screen shots of pretty renders. Polished would be if the game plays well without many bugs/errors, missing quests/items or broken content, not shiny graphics.

 

My only question is why in almost every screen shot they show, everyone looks like they are wearing mittens?

They look great! Like the armors. Alot has happened last weeks, will see what this friday news provide us with.

Those screenshots werent at the main DF site, I linked them but they were from German fan site; the screens that you see on the main DF site on the human page are new and have been added so I guess they are the official screens.

Nice screenshots!  Maybe there's something to this game afterall.  I'm taking the wait and see approach and will keep my fingers crossed.  The MMO community really needs a good shot in the arm right now.

a shot in the arm??? how so...because we are the only smart ones to point out that this little piece of Vaporware wont see the bright lights of the inside of a video game store? they can send all the screens and updates they want...but until the game is officially released (beta doesnt count simply for the fact that even if you got to be in one, and they still never released the game???....just think of all the mad players) its still going to remain in that category. screens are screens, they dont look any different to me, but out of all of you who want this game so bad...me and the other realists arent dumb enough to scurry up the wall when they dangle that piece of cheese...cuz we know they wont drop it into the cage we call MMORPGs. Nuff Said.

cause you know what  ill bet you it will release when i dont know but with them taking time to do more updates and update tehre homepage know and having 10 more clans added to the beta list? today for a better chance of getting in i would say beta is pretty fdamn close remeber in jan they said we expect within a few month we will deside on apublisher or self publish guess what its been with a few months and they still have rest of march

and btw can you people learn to stay on topic for once geeses

do you have your glasses off? the screenshots have been improved alot probly because they got the settings maxed now

But yes, they will release something, if only to get some of their money back.
