That setup has to many plates for my liking, with no MWD and all that extra mass you will find it hard to maneuver and align to warp fast enough to keep up with your fleet if they have to double time it for some reason, I also prefer to mix racial jammers with Multispecs.

Lows and rigs can be signal distortion amplifiers or electronic superiority rigs or field extenders for some hp buffer.

This fit is really good with 3+ Scorpions. Jams 3+ ships at once and can repair near by allies. When there are 2x Nuets and 1x Smartbomb - you can kill any other triple BS combo you encounter, as well as their drones ^_^.
Yes 4x cruise isn't much DPS but 12 x cruise + No tank and no lock on the enemy makes it kinda pointless that theres no DPS ^_^

Total cost, 45 mil for the Scorpions - buy orders on market for minerals and a good ME BPC, and maybe 5 mil for the fittings, Add 18 mil for the insurance and total costs are around 15 mil for the Ship + fittings (thats when the insurance pays out ^_^)

Personally though, everything is t2 and the ships 1.5 times better again ^_^ But when your making disposable BS, why not..?
