Star Wars Galaxies

I finished the legacy quest last and was wandering if there are any other long quests of a similar sort or quests where i can recieve nice items? i have reached level 34 and travelled to corelia at the moment, but all the quests seem to be small for over fast.

Also i have started space combat but moved on to quests that involve killing tier 2 ships and my newbie ship is taking an age to finish them of, are there any quests i could do to earn myself a tier 2 ship?

Hi there.

There are a few planets you can probably continue some quests. Depdening on your faction, you could do the Imperial or Rebel themeparks, or speak to many NPCs in various cities on Naboo and or/Talus. Otherwise, its off to Kashyyyk - a great source for quests and levelling up.

Legacy keeps going on until around level 50ish.  After Corellia it'll take you to Talus.  Once you've finished it, the next place I'd suggest is Kashyyyk and start the quests that are part of that expansion. 

I'd also recommend taking advantage of your 10 per day terminal missions.  Around major cities, look for a "Mission Terminal."  Clicking it will produce a list of missiones which you can choose to accept up to 2 at a time.  Once you accept a mission, you'll get a waypoint  to where it is with a bunch of creatures/NPCs and a lair.  Kill the creatures/NPCs then start attacking the lair - if it's a creature lair it'll spawn more as you kill it.  Once you complete the mission, you'll be rewarded with 10% of the XP you need to get your next level.  You do 10 of these per day, so essentially it guarantees you a level per day.

Ahh i thought the Legacy finished at the end of the naboo part when i got the nice new neck piece :) I started a few quests on corelia but though that it was seperate to the Legacy. Also whats this about the rebel/empire quests? i have joined up with the alliance a few times but didnt get any quests as such, just had fun fighting stormtroopers.

I'm not too pushed about the terminal missions at the min as i dont want to just roll past good content or is there plenty to do at higher levels so i can just plough through?

No. For up to 10 a day you get an XP bonus that basically means you can get about 1 level each day just on terminal missions. You can do as many as you like, you just dont get the bonus after 10 until its resets at 12pm PST i think it is?

Do your 10 every day, you will need them.  You won't miss out on any quests, you can do them at any level.  Legacy ends around level 50ish and after that there is a quest vacuum for about 20 levels and then a handful of doable quests in Kashyyk if you have the expansion and then another vacuum until Must which you will probably have another quest vacuum after 95 with more grinding to do.  This will not be changing anytime soon, as is evidenced by myself and others spending most of two years arguing that leveling be changed and being utterly ignored. 

So do your 10 every day if you want to hit 90 with minimal fuss in the least amount of time.

 Sounds a whole lot like WOW"S 10 daily quests. Let me guess,since swg is the industry standard for originality,it's merely coincidence.

I was asking what to do next friend! i didn't say anything about whats the industry standard :) please t least read the thread before you post then you might have understood a little more of what i was asking :)

I dont want to hit 90 as fast as poss with as little fuss to be honest. i played everquest for 7 years and flew through levels and just want to get emersed in  game now. lol if there was enough content at level 10 i would turn exp of and stay there for a while. The legacy quest was quite enjoyable for me so far, so i wnt more of the same.

It's amazing how fast the vet trolls manage to find threads with people asking a honest game related question and they turn it in to yet another vet whine/hate session.
