Ya that's what I figured...

That's 3 different companies now that have done the same thing to me... Makes me wonder how *I* mysteriously keep getting emails I'm not supposed to..

Sadly, the fact that they release an email improperly to people makes me question their management skills.

The other issue I have is the rather unprofessional nature of them linking to their forum which appears to be a rather vanilla installation of SMF. Not very professional if you ask me.

Your joking right?  I have yet to know of a company that has not made a mistake of this nature at some point.  Hell, I have accidently recieved a number of documents from a variety of locations via email simply because my name was similar to someone else who was slated to get the document.

As for their linking to their 'vanilla' forum...it is a private forum not for public consumption.  There is no reason to 'fancy it up'.  Why waste the resources.

 

Get off you high horse dude.  They are human just like everyone else and a mistake is not indicitive of their 'management skills'.  Rather, it is an indication that they are human.
