You people need to get over it for gods sake.

While I am mad about what Lucas Arts Made SOE do to SWG back in 2005 and 2004, moaning and whining over it and w/e else you're doing is a waste of time.

You kids and adults seem to forget that LEC controls what SoE develops for SW:G.

You blame and flame and scream at SOE....but one in a thousand complains that it was Lucas Arts/LEC fault for wanting to attract the Numbers that WoW draws.

I am just soooo tired of you people harping on what SOE did to your game.  One would think by reading the threads in the Veteran's Refuge that you people have no life away from the Computer.

So...there is the Gauntlet.

Heres the question:

When was the last time anyone here actually Logged INTO SW:G?

Pre-2006?

Expertise for Spy or Smuggler?

Chapter 6 AI Combat adjustment?

Chapter 7 The Return of Aurilla, Dathomir, Heroics and Collections?

Chapter 8 Space Collections and ISD Heroic?

Anyone here take advantage of the 14 or 21 Day Trials? Or the Buddy Program?

Anyone actually Log in to see how active Bria or Starsider or Chilastra or Gorath or Intrepid is currently?

Or are all of you so bitter that your too chicken to log in and find that you might actually enoy it?

I Am a 9 Time Elder on Intrepid.  I have the ORH.  I have Completed the fate of the galaxy quest for the Shard of Retribution.  I also have over 120 Badges.

I am sick of seeing you people not move on or grow a clue.

Play SW:G or play something else.  Quit complaining about something that happend Over 2 years and 2 months about at minimum.  And if some of you are still pi55ed over the Cu....well....Log in....the game is difficult and takes thought.

What do you care if they're still angry?

You want them to shut up and disappear? All you're going to do is get them more riled up. Enjoy.

It's not just that they need to move on.

There is a lot of cool CONTENT that they are missing out on because they can't take a minute and give it a try.

99% of the People that played SW:G and left because of the CURB or NGE or whatever the reason was can afford to Blow 15 bucks to try this game now for 30 days or until they get bored with it.

2 new Jedi Crystals, New specials and procs, SEA's are back in stackable ways...

I will admit to being an Elder Ranger for Life....but after over 1100 days on my main server I am still having Fun with the game.

And I still catch a forum ban for telling Sony what I think.

Come back...its Fun again.

Am in game right now waiting to finish buffing for an ImpStar Quest run.

I earned 1million xp today with my Pilot grinding out Duty Missions in Dant space for Vortex squadron to get L8.

Right now I have my second account dual logged  for afk grinding at the escaped wookiee camp in the High Ground of the Ryatt Trail....macro looting and leveling to 90.

My Trader made 25m selling a Shard of Retailation today among other sundries.

I needed a breath of air and to Eat dinner.

I think the SOE fanbois need to get over the fact that we haven't gotten over it.

I suppose I qualify as one of those angry forum vets, though I don't really say much on these forums because I just don't care to waste my breath anymore. SWG has failed on its own just fine.

For the record, I have a station access pass, and about a month ago, I logged into SWG to see what's left. The crafting system is more or less intact, which is good. But the NGE is still in full force, and despite my efforts, I just can't get into it.

I'm still upset about how the game changed, though I won't go into it because obviously those reasons have been repeatedly stated here.

MMORPG.com created a separate forum for us former SWG players to remember the good times as we see them. Or perhaps, the better times, as no time was really that good no matter how much we would like to remember it.

So why come to this forum just to stir up trouble? Why throw a rock at the hornet's nest?

Most of us, like myself, have moved on. We just sometimes like to come here and talk about our former SWG days. I don't think there's anything wrong with that.

After all, we certainly aren't the first posters on MMORPG.com to bitch about something we don't like.
