Darkfall

There is a guy named Tim whose been creating a mod called Knight of the Force for about 5 years now. Since day one, He's been telling the whole world about all the neat little feature, and the graphic overhaul vice versa; So, he can get the star wars fan cheers, joy, and overhype of the game going by telling them stuff that are too good to be true. However, Mr.Tim has been a very naughty boy whose been scamming people from this so-called production that been in programing  5 long years.

Now, it's 2008 and he recently made a annousement  on his site that he'll be releasing the so-called mod in 1-1-08, and before that day he made a thread regarding that he is selling CD of his work (including a copy of the mod) for 100$. It has been about 1 week (12-25-07) since he made an annousement that he'll be releasing the mod on 1-1-08 and it never happen!

Ladies and gentle mens lose all hope of Darkfall or you'll suffer the same fate as the star wars fan did. This production is too good to be true, just as all products that are too good to be true they'll end up leading to disappointment or feud/scammed. As for the so-called hardcore pvper: There's many games out there which can easily replaced the once wet dream you imagine in this production in which case is consider vaporware.

I'm pretty sure it doesn't take 6 years for a small individuals to release a beta. Look at Jumpgate, they're releasing a new sequel (remake) of the game and will have the beta by the end of this month.

Stay if you like, but I'm not the one whose going to be disappointed at the end of the day.

Lol same here, i thought it was an educated comparion about two games, but then i realised it was a pre-pubessent teen wanting attention :P

Even teenagers wouldn't want to troll a true sandbox MMORPG, this guys just an idiot like the rest of them.

While I would normally be throwing in some anti-Darkfall comments in this space, I have to admit I've at least HEARD of DF.

I'm not no near a troll level nor do I fell like being near that kind of a pathetic level. I only speak facts, and yes Darkfall isn't coming out if it somehow manages I highly doubt it will be a threat to neither WoW, AoC, and Warhammer along with other MMOPRG's in the horizon.

So you talk about star wars in a darkfall forum section , are you lost , or  can't you read ?

I don't remember trying to gain anything benefits nor reward from making this thread, I just came by to say that this game is another feud (too good to be true), so how can I fail?

If you're going to say something so ignorant without at lease putting facts regarding the thread I made post don't please at all. Everyone topic that doesn't bring you entertainment or just about positive true facts regarding this feud production automaticly fails in your book? Grow Up!

Anyways, good luck on waiting for the beta which will approximately according to my watch NEVER. Once the darkfall developers see that they're very few followers, they'll once again say that the beta is finally coming in X in conclusion this will make people know this production is a feud and finally people will notice this game is VAPORWARE.

Looks like the OP is yet another alt account created just to troll the DF forums.

What? Of all the interesting things to talk about in MMORPG gaming the first thing that came to mind was to create a new thread of this not so clever analogy between a MOD and a game in development.

There's no comparison, even if DF never gets released.
