I'm in the market for a new game as so many other people are, but one of my main concerns when getting invovled in a game is "how is the pvp action?".  So I have a couple of questions, but any other input would be greatly appreciated.

  1. Is there an active PvP community?
  2. Is there any semblance of balance?
  3. What are you fighting for? (i.e. land, like keeps towers castles etc, titles, gear, ranking)
  4. What if any are the O.P.'d and gimp classes as far as PvP is concerned?

Also if anyone feels they are fairly well educated on the subject and wouldn't mind chatting with me via Ventrilo or IRC i would really appreciate that. Just hit me up w/ a pm.

If you want to play a mmorpg for PVP then don't bother with Vanguard and even the people who still play will tell you that.
