Possibly because the only threads about this game are created by the people who made it.

Look at the title, the hype rating, the incomprehensible garbage of a summary, the other threads, and the piss poor features, and you might find your answer.

If  you are only one member of your company and you just want to do a little for your  own company even it looks stupid in most people's eyes, will you do it? I will for I know I want my company succeed though it may not but at least I have tried.

Well said if you dont like it and dont want to play it then dont bother posting ya negative garbage i mean for christ sakes at least these people are having a go at something at least give them some credit for that, if  it were not for these kinds of people in the first place all you negative socialites out there would not even have this site to rubbish people on so give them a break and like i said if it does not please you then keep yaself to something that does.

I'm sorry but I can not take your game seriously.  If you can not properly translate an overview, or talk about features other than "You can have any pet you want" or "you can do anything you want" than no one will take you seriously.  You have not showed 1 reason to play this game, instead you've shown many reasons not to.  Also the 8 or so threads created in the last 2 days by the same people is not a good sign, if people were interested, they would be contributing to the threads. 

I wish you and your game best of luck, and would gladly eat my words, if the game turns out to have any merit, however if how you have presented the game on this site is any indication of how the game will be, than that is unlikely.  Please stop creating threads.

Ok, Baio2K , I don't mean to persuade you to change your mind , I just want to let you know everyone has his or her own appetite, if you like our game, that's OK ; and if you don't like our game,it doesn't matter.But could you respect others' choice? I think it's just useful for you to deal with the same examples you may  encounter one day and you won't find you are so hopeless when someone seems to oppose your view so sharply while you are doing  the very thing heart and soul.Wish you good luck,too.

Hmm...Im not sure why someone would be so rude about a mmo that he/she hasnt played. Im guessing you also posted in HYPE, thats just  a guess, dont remember names of who posted there.  Anyway, how can someone post negatively about  a game they have never played. Those people should keep their comments to themselves. I was a lucky key holder for ELF Online closed Beta and I will also have an account as of tomorrow Dec 21 at 8pm est for open Beta as will many other closed beta players. Its a humorous, fun, creative MMO with a great community and I cant wait to get back to ELF!

I was actually trying to be helpful and explain why people would be inclined to avoid your game, I however, did not do it in the nicest manner. 

You use all these poorly worded, vauge statements that are not explained and therefore have no meaning.  You say  "you can do anything" but what does that actually mean? how does it apply to your game? how can we possibly believe we can do anything? just beacuse you say so?  You also say  "you can have any pet you want" Does that mean any common pet? any animal found in the wild? does it mean you can create and design your own pet?

If you can't get someone to write a decent overview or properly translate, or even give us 1 actual feature explained, why should we expect the game to be decent, properly translated, or have any  features at all?  My point is, the way you have presented this game on this site is not going to draw people in , but is more likely to push people away.

I do not mean to attack your game, I comment only on what is presented to me through this website, I know nothing about the game, I only know what I have read on this site, and if you dont get many signups, my reasons above may give you some clue as to why.   The solution however is not creating multiple threads saying basically the same thing as before.  A soultion could be, creating a thread Explaining what the features are, why it's different from other similar style games, and why people would want to play, and really explain it. 

You seem passionate about defending your game, though you have not shown any passion towards the game itself and its qualities.  I hope you see my points and realize im not trying to change people's opinion, or disrespect their choices.

If you go to happymmo.com all info on ELF Online is posted there. It tells you about the characters, pets(which are monsters that  you can capture to make your very own pet, which have different abilities, ie; magic, assist and so on) These pets dont just hang out with you, they fight with you, an extra helping hand, that you can train and give special abilities to.  There are also manufacturing skills that each player can learn, cooking to make hp and mp pots and pet food, Hunting skills for armor, forging skills for weapons, and collecting, mining skills.  There are special events for holidays, art contests. Thats just a basic description of ELF Online.

I support them 100% and dont work for the company, just a player who was able to get to lvl30 mage in a week during closed beta(though was double exp during that time) Thgis is anew game and were bugs, but was still alot of fun, with great graphics and  a humorous story line, with many quests available to all lvls.

Anyway..there u have it, if anyone wants to know more go to happymmo.com and check it out.

Another fun thing about this thread is that the people that have about 10 posts total or less are the ones that talk good about this game, the other people who accually played ALOT of mmo´s and have alot of posts on mmorpg.com  beacause we read on it everyday and post on it are not intressted of the game.

Conclusion would be the people talking really good about this game made an account just to tell  everyone to play the game. And oh I almost forgot.. to hype and rate the game max.

And people that has been on mmo posting for a long time kinda see throu it and are not intressted at all.

I agree with you,I am the player of  Elf Online, too yes, it still has many bugs but it is interesting at all.  it can play by automatic if you are tired and it will limited your time so that it can't bad for your health..so it is my mother's wish.. aha

Well I have been playing mmorpgs for more than 7 years now, and I barely hang out at mmorpg.com and post, and you do not have to have a thounsand posts in order to be taken seriously, I have tried the game out and surprisingly, it's pretty good, I would recommend this to anyone even more so if they are playing Goonzu or Trickster or Pionline, it's nice.

maybe this game is worth trying.
