I read somewhere that the older your characters the more your character grows i.e. Dwarf's beard gets longer or Black Orcs get darker or something.

Now I was wondering will this be level related or time spent inside the game, and if there is a way to go back to the way it was like for instance go to a place to get the beard shorter or something.

I realize its not that big of a deal as far as the quality of the game, but this still intrigues me

Soldier "Sir! Were surrounded!"

Captain "Yup, they''re not getting away this time."

They will definitely be implementing these features.  As far as having your character customized back to level 1 status I haven't heard anything.  From what I have read however it is only going to enhance what is already existent on your toon, not completely alter your original appearance if that’s what you’re worried about.

I think they mentioned a long time ago about characters growing in size, but I haven't seen anything on it since.

There are alot of things they are for certain implementing though that will change your appearance. Things such as armor dyes and a trophy system (items that attach to your armor).

Try a little bit of common sense and see  if you can answer your own question.

Really, most of the informations people are asking for are just on their website, anyway to answer your question:

«Player models that change to reflect the relative power of a character (i.e., Orcs grow in size and Dwarfs' beards get longer). Customizable armor and a visual guild system allow a player to make their character truly unique.»
