The Developers from The Chronicles of Spellborn took the time on Sunday to answer questions from MMORPG.com readers on our Coldfront IRC server. Below, you can find a complete log of the chat.
Read the whole log here. Cheers, |

I think that is a lot of boring reading of chat log.
I think MMORPG should provide highlights and/or a synopsis of the discussion.
Just some free advice! ----- |

Interesting reading...
The devs said that a dagger will have the same reach as a two hander, I'm wondering how they are going to make that work visually. Will your dagger attack score a hit when in actualily on your screen theres a big gap between your weapon and your target or will your two hander look like its hitting the target on screen but not do any damage. Sounds a bit odd... |

Thats a pretty good question :) My guess is they'll just somehow manage to make the tips of the blades reach the same distance - the guy with the short dagger swings his arm all the way out 2-hander doesn't or something
I'd look kinda freaky though, the way i'm seeing it in my head here, so I'm gonna go ahead and guess I'm wrong :D Does the madman know he's mad? Does the sane man know he's sane? I wonder which one I am.... |

Some good question and answers here. Thanks to the mod for having some decent questions and thanks to the devs for going light on humor and more heavy on useful information.
This game sounds very interesting. I am most definitely looking forward to the release, maybe moreso than Warhammer and AOC. There doesn't seem to be as much hype surrounding this game, but I think if it delivers on what is stated it could be a very successful game. |

A synopsis of a chat that takes less then 10 minutes to read? It was way too short in my opinion, but then maybe I expect too much from chats like this. |

The chat took over an hour, so it wasn't that short. Maybe it's just you read too fast :) |
