I am getting the same problem, except on dates. The times are correct, but some boards, like "The Rumor Room", have wrong dates on the side. Inside the actual date and time are correct, but on the "last post" it has the correct time and a day later. For example, it may say Nov. 9 10am on the last post link but inside the actual last post was Nov. 8 10am.
